Refund Policy


We are so honored and happy that you support our store and our vision by purchasing our products online or at our shop. We only sell products we are super excited about but know that sometimes you will have to return an item occasionally for some reason. We have a 14 day return policy starting the day you receive your item from us. 

We Thank You For Understanding That After 14 days All Sales Are Final. Only Regular Priced Items May Be Refunded.

*All Sale, Clearance and Closeout Items Are Final And Are Not Eligible For A Return. Gift Cards - May Not Be Redeemed For Cash
Paddle Club Memberships - Non-Exchangable, Non-Transferrable and Non-Refundable

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging, with tags, manuals, accessories and warranty cards included.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item we inspect that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons Or Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery does not qualify and will automatically be sent back to you.

Returns Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Some of our products may have manufacturer warranty in which case you must contact the manufacturer directly and follow their warranty guidelines. We are happy to help you to get in contact with the manufacturer with your request but we will not be held responsible for honoring the warranty.
